Applications are solicited from young people (age 28 and under) with relevant educational backgrounds, such as matriculation, intermediate, F.Sc., and a diploma of associate engineering. Candidates must have received at least 65% of the possible points in their academic coursework. Note that applicants who are currently enrolled in an apprenticeship programme in any industry are not permitted to submit an application.

- For the aforementioned educational eligibility (Matric, F.Sc., or DAE), 65% or higher marks are required.
- The applicant-closest CTSPAK locations will host the written test.
- The online application must be submitted by Monday, October 16, 2023.
