- All educational documents, including experience certificates, CNICs, addresses, and two recent passport-size photos, are attached in attestation copies with the application.
- The non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 5000 for BPS-19 and TTS positions, Rs. 3000 for BPS 17 & 18, Rs. 2000 for BPS-11, 14 & 16 positions, and Rs. 1000 for BPS-1, 5 & 7 positions must be deposited in any Bank of Khyber Limited branch under Account No. 3003771977, Branch (0129).
- The University of Agriculture's Registrar's Office is located next to the Bahoo Floor Mill, next to Qureshi Mor in Dera Ismail Khan. Interested parties may submit their applications in the required format to this address.
- Applications that are not complete or submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- For an exam or interview, only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted.
- TA/DA will not be accepted for the interview or test.
