Terms & Conditions:

All applicants must submit two complete sets of documents, comprising attested photocopies of academic credentials (degrees, transport diploma/certificate, driving license, domicile, CNIC, etc.), alongside two recent passport size photographs. Submissions should be made to the Office of the Additional Registrar (HR), Admin Block, situated at Jhingilka Gali Campus, Kossar University Murree. The submission deadline is March 12th, 2024. Documents can be delivered via courier service or in person. Each application must pertain to a single post. The university retains the right to decline any incomplete application forms.
Original documents must be furnished for verification during the interview phase.
Interviews are scheduled for March 14th and 15th, 2024, commencing at 9:30 AM in the Office of the Additional Registrar (HR), Admin Block, Jhingilka Gali Campus, Kossar University Murree. The post-interview schedule will be available for viewing on the university’s official website kum.edu.pk.
Eligibility for application is exclusive to candidates domiciled in Punjab.
Candidates are subject to disqualification at any stage of the recruitment/selection process should they be found to have submitted counterfeit documents or misinformation.
The university maintains the prerogative to refrain from filling or retracting any position, or to withhold appointment to any advertised post without the obligation of providing a reason.
Initially, the job agreement will be on a daily wage basis for 89 days, adhering to the approved rates established by the Government of Punjab.
Extension of the job agreement is contingent upon satisfactory performance and the requisites of the university’s budgetary provisions.
The university reserves the authority to augment or diminish the number of vacancies or annul any post at its discretion.
The interview process does not warrant reimbursement for travel expenses or daily allowances (TA/DA).
