Wilton wants to combine theater and gastronomy and is inspired by his mother

Wilton, 26, fulfilled his dream of joining MasterChef when he signed up for three editions. In addition to being an actor and tiktoker, São Paulo from Martinópolis is also a teacher of singing and piano. His main source of inspiration is his mother: at the age of 12, he learned a recipe from her, which he began to use as a source of income.

"I started making this bread with honey to sell it at school so that I would have some money to buy the things I wanted," he recalled in a conversation with Band.com.br. "And then it evolved into pot pie, food, and then Master Chef. One day I said, 'I'm going in, I don't know when, but I'm going!'

Wilton stepped up his culinary studies during the pandemic and decided to turn his learning into content on social media like TikTok. "I have 17,000 followers on TikTok, where I just teach haute cuisine recipes," he explained.

The finalist won her apron by making coxinha according to her mother's recipe. "It's surreal to join something that has been a source of income for my parents for a while," he comments.

At the time, she also revealed that her excellence in the competition was due to her dedication to her studies. "I concentrate a lot! When I have to do something, I concentrate. And I think research is very important," she said. Pastry chef of the season, her first win in the competition was a crepe cake, but she also excelled in savory dishes like egg yolk ravioli and zampone in the semifinals.

I am running a race that I have never managed due to lack of opportunities. But I have determination and I want to show that a person can win without entering."

Ana Carolina's run paid off. In addition to being a season 10 finalist, the amateur chef is also the publication's biggest pin holder, having won five competitions so far.

Carol, as she likes to be called, has many aspirations in the field of gastronomy. Among them is the desire to change their lives, provide better conditions for their children and empower other women. “I want everyone to know that we can get where we want to go and that the first step is to try. I believe my own story can inspire. I had to learn to defend myself very early, but it gave me strength to be here", he analyzed.
